The Shack is a book by William Paul Young. It’s quite the hit in the Christian book world, and is currently #7 on Amazon.com’s best-seller list (it’s between Barak Obama’s book and the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer).

Archaeologists in Egypt just found a 4300 year old pyramid. Makes me feel as though misplacing my car keys, glasses, remote control, etc. really isn’t as bad. I tend to find them within the 4300 year window.

Tonight was Junior High large group night. That’s not odd. The students showed up a little before 6:30 pm and were hanging out in the room chatting and waiting to start. That’s not odd. Andrew showed up early. That’s odd and should’ve tipped me off to the bizarreness that would be unfolding throughout the evening.

I firmly believe that it’s bad to disenfranchise voters. I believe it’s bad to lie and falsify information about candidates. I believe there should not be a “test” people should take before they are allowed to vote…
